Branches and nesting material underneath the panels reduce natural ventilation, which increases the output of the solar panels. The hotter the panels, the lower the efficiency.

fire danger

On a hot day, the temperature underneath the panels can rise significantly. Dry nesting material under the panels increases the risk of fire.

dirt and noise nuisance

Birds, especially young birds, can cause a lot of noise nuisance when there is little space underneath the installation. The nesting material also clogs the gutter.

damage

The branches can scratch the backsheet of the panel, resulting in resistance errors. The system stops generating power and the panels are irreparably damaged.
