How to file a complaint?
Are you dissatisfied with a product or service provided? We are very sorry to hear that!
Although we do everything we can to provide the best possible service and quality, sometimes things can still go wrong. We will look for the best solution!
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer undertakes to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt* .
If functional defects are found, they must be reported immediately.
* The statutory warranty periods apply to items covered by warranty. For mounting material: lifetime warranty against rust, 25 year manufacturer's product warranty, 10 year warranty paint & anodization.
HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT?
- Complaints regarding incorrect delivery/handling must be reported within 14 days.
- The general term for admissibility of complaints is 6 weeks.
- Contact Allimex Green Power as soon as possible via the online complaint form, which allows us to assist you as quickly as possible.
HOW IS YOUR COMPLAINT processed?
- We guarantee an answer to your complaint within 14 days of receipt.
- Our complaints coordinator investigates the complaint and determines it is justified.
- In case of justified complaints, you will be contacted and an appropriate solution will be offered.
- In case of unfounded complaints, you will also receive a statement from our complaints coordinator.
- Fill in the complaint registration form.
