How to return a product?
If a functional defect or directly visible damage is found, we ask that this is noted immediately on the CMR.
Responsibility of the customer
The customer commits himself to check the goods immediately after arrival. If functional defects are noticed, they must be reported immediately.*
*For articles that are under guarantee, the statutory guarantee periods apply.
*For mounting material: lifelong anti-corrosion warranty, 25-year manufacturer's warranty on mounting hardware & 10 years on lacquer & anodizing.
WHEN CAN YOU RETURN PRODUCTS?
Did you order the wrong product? Wrong product was delivered or picked up? Don't worry, we look for the best solution together.
There are some conditions we use in our return policy:
- No returns possible 6 weeks after delivery or collection. *
- 0 - 15 days: crediting of 100% of purchase amount.
- 16 days - 6 weeks: credit of 80% of purchase amount. 20% will be charged as a return cost.
*customization cannot be returned
Conditions for returning products
- Only complete items are accepted, no parts Items are packed in quantities corresponding to the delivery.
- Items are in original, undamaged packaging, are not damaged or used.
INVERTERS, BATTERIES, CHARGING POSTS, OPTIMIZERS
- We only accept items in original undamaged box
- Products are unused
- Inverters are Synergrid approved
How to return a product?
- Always contact us in advance - contact your sales contact or send us an email.
- AGP will always carry out a physical and functional check.
- Fill in the return form & email it to orders@allimex.eu . Mention the order form number or delivery note number with the shipment (*if this information is missing, we will charge an administrative cost of 15 €). Transport costs of the return are borne by the customer
